Dr. Margaret Ellis

Dr. Margaret Ellis is a Certified International Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Coach, and Consultant. She is an International Influence Coach, an author, a certified marriage coach, a writer, and a blogger. She is the CEO and Brand Ambassador for Coaches of Influence (COI), Founder of Coaches of Influence Foundation (COIF), and CEO of CLASSIC Consulting. Before she ventured into entrepreneurship, she worked for over 20 years in the education, retail, banking, and financial services industries.  

The knowledge earned through her personal and professional growth journey has taught her that “leadership is influence” and that “leaders don’t change people by telling them what they’re doing wrong but a better way to do it”. Therefore, she has nurtured a burning passion for empowering, partnering, and teaching people how to become a person of influence in their professional and personal lives. Dr. Margaret is committed to helping people find passion and purpose in life. This is achieved through collaboration with organizations and people to help them create new possibilities in their lives through training, coaching, speaking, and teaching.

Dr. Ellis is a great contributor to human development, which shines through her contribution to valuable organizations across the globe. In addition to serving in different capacities in three ministries and four non-profit organizations, she also serves as a board of advisor for the continent of Africa and an appointed Inter-Faith Peace ambassador for iChange Nations, along with her recent appointment as World Civility Ambassador. Dr. Margaret can be described in many ways; however, she is branded as passionate, driven, nurturing, and an ultimate influencer who constantly seeks opportunities to help others discover and walk in their purpose.
